NorthForge is provided by TheNorthGroup Ltd. By accessing or using our website, software, and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

NorthForge is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows users to create video content from structured inputs and, where enabled, publish content to connected third-party social platforms.

3. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate account details and keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access to other tenants, systems, or data.

4. Data We Store

We only store essential account information required to operate the service, such as name, email address, and company details. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share customer data with third parties except where required for service delivery or by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

NorthForge may integrate with third-party services and APIs, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms, to enable content publishing features.

• You authorize NorthForge to interact with connected social accounts on your behalf, based on the permissions you grant.
• You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and content policies.
• NorthForge is not responsible for actions, restrictions, account suspensions, API changes, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.
• You can disconnect linked social accounts at any time through available integration settings.

6. Content Responsibility

You retain responsibility for all content created, uploaded, generated, or published via NorthForge. You must have all required rights, licenses, and permissions for media, text, trademarks, and any other materials included in your content.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use NorthForge to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Distribute harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Interfere with service performance, security, or integrity.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may update, improve, or discontinue features, including integration capabilities, where required by technical, legal, or business needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthForge is provided "as is" and "as available." NorthForge and TheNorthGroup Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, account restrictions by third parties, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect service security and users. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
